1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility

4. Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a registered Account by completing the 5777sz registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 5777sz employs technical measures to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all Balances forfeited, and all Bonus Credits cancelled.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 5777sz will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 5777sz support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

5777sz reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 5777sz may result in temporary Account restriction or permanent closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 5777sz Account are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. 5777sz does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. 5777sz accepts no liability for third-party transaction charges. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within one to four hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day. 5777sz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 5777sz reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month to inactive Accounts following written notice to the registered contact. Accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 24 months may be closed at 5777sz's discretion.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 5777sz Platform — including cricket, PSL, international matches, and any other sport offered — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 5777sz does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest technical error has occurred on the Platform.
• Minimum bet stakes and maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and Account tier.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected cricket and other sports events. The availability of live markets and the speed of odds updates are subject to data feed reliability and may be suspended without notice where data integrity cannot be assured.
• Where a cricket match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport settlement rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.
• 5777sz reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupt or fixed outcome, or where the odds offered were the result of a manifest error.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms in a manner that guarantees profit — is prohibited and may result in bet voidance, winnings forfeiture, and Account suspension.

7. Casino & Slot Games

The 5777sz live casino, slot games, and instant win titles — including Monster Mine, Lucky Gods Fishing, and all third-party supplied games accessible via the Platform — are provided subject to the following conditions:

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 5777sz's system will complete the round using the last recorded game state. Reconnection bonuses or compensation are not available for disconnection events attributable to the Player's own device or internet connection.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed within the specified time limit before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for all deposit bonuses is 25x the bonus amount on qualifying games.
• Bonus Credits may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Using Bonus Credits on excluded games may result in the bonus being voided.

10. Prohibited Conduct
